The Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant in Hull, your role will involve delivering engaging lessons across different subjects and key stages, as required by the schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants seeking flexibility, whether you're looking for day-to-day supply work, short-term assignments, or longer-term supply roles in the Hull area.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively to small group interventions
Managing classroom behaviour according to school policies alongside the teacher
Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils.
Adapting to the routines and expectations of different schools.
Providing feedback to schools regarding lesson delivery and student progress.
Supervising students and ensuring classroom order.What We're Looking For:
Teaching Assistant Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility to work in various school environments across Hull.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and working with young people.
