Horizontal or Vertical Borer - nights

We have positions for both horizontal borers and vertical borers for our client, an engineering manufacturer based in Leeds. This will be for a minimum of six months but could be extended after that time. Working a Monday to Thursday night shift.

Your role will involve programming and operating a CNC vertical or horizontal borer with Fanuc controls. You will be manufacturing components for the oil and gas industry so you will be working to tight tolerances. A variety of materials will be used including stainless and duplex. Mainly small batch work and some of the manufactured parts are large and candidates with overhead crane experience will be of particular interest.

Overtime is available and paid at time and a half or double, the option of being paid Umbrella is available if required. Free parking, subsidised canteen and gym are on offer along with 33 annual holidays if PAYE. Dig allowance of £400 p/w is also available for candidates over 50 miles from site. Good rates of pay and a quarterly bonus of £1000 (paid every 3 months).
