About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior MI Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team and support reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking across multiple contact centre campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, with strong Excel skills and an interest in data, reporting, and business performance. You’ll work closely with operational teams to produce reports, analyse trends, and help drive improvements across both sales and customer service environments.
Key Responsibilities
*
Support the production of daily, weekly and monthly MI reports
*
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and performance insights
*
Maintain and update Excel reports and trackers
*
Assist in building dashboards and improving reporting processes
*
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
*
Work with teams to understand reporting needs
*
Support ad hoc data requests and analysis
Requirements
*
Some experience in a data, admin, reporting or analytical role (or relevant degree)
*
Strong Excel skills (e.g. formulas, Pivot Tables)
*
Good attention to detail and accuracy
*
Interest in data analysis and reporting
*
Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets
*
Experience in a contact centre environment is a bonus but not essential
