About the Role
Supply Desk are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across our network of partner schools in Brighton and Hove. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them to feel confident, engaged, and ready to thrive in the classroom.

About You
You will be a nurturing, proactive, and patient individual who enjoys supporting children’s development. We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.
Can adapt to different classroom environments and support needs.
Shows genuine enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed.

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Minimum experience, training, or qualifications as specified to meet the role criteria.
Legal right to work in the UK.
