As part of the team, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, engaging environment where children feel happy, safe, and excited to learn. One day you might be leading outdoor play, the next encouraging creativity or simply helping maintain a calm and positive atmosphere.

What we're looking for
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Confidence supporting outdoor play and nature-based activities
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)What's in it for you?

You must be willing to attend a registration interviewVeritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
