We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader / Supervisor to join a growing production operation.
This is not a stand-back role, you’ll be leading from the front, supporting your team, ensuring standards are met, and taking full ownership of your shift.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and motivating a team on shift
Taking responsibility for product testing and quality standards
Owning health & safety across your shift
Supporting day-to-day production activity (this is a hands-on role)
Driving performance, productivity, and team engagement
Acting as the key point of contact for your shift
What we’re looking for:
Previous team leader / supervisory experience (production, warehouse, or similar)
Someone who can get stuck in and lead by example
Strong understanding of health & safety responsibilities
Confident, organised, and able to manage people effectively
A self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset
Must have own transport due to location
