I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected commercial interiors contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager.
With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, this business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality interior fit-out packages across sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare and leisure. Their services span drylining, suspended ceilings, glass partitions and full internal fit-out solutions, often working with Tier 1 main contractors on high-profile projects.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to strengthen their operational team.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects from pre-start through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing multiple projects across East Anglia and London
* Managing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
* Liaising with clients, main contractors and internal teams
* Driving health & safety, quality and compliance across all sites
* Supporting commercial performance alongside estimating and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager ready to step up)
* Strong background in drylining, ceilings, partitions or commercial fit-out
* Experience working with main contractors on fast-paced projects
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong leadership and client-facing skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to drive programme performance
