Week 1: Mon–Thu 6:00am–2:00pm | Fri 6:00am–1:00pm
Week 2: Mon–Thu 2:00pm–10:00pm | Fri 1:00pm–8:00pm
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Rolling Mill Setter / Operator with strong background in cold roll forming to join a busy manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining roll forming machinery and presses, ensuring efficient production output, high-quality standards, and minimal downtime.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong engineering knowledge, machine setting experience, and a background in fast-paced production environments.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Set and operate cold roll forming mills, presses, and production machinery
Carry out machine set-ups to achieve first-time quality production runs
Monitor production output and ensure target rates are achieved
Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues during production
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain high standards of 5S housekeeping and cleanliness
Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times
Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in cold roll forming / mill setting
Strong experience setting and operating roll forming equipment
Experience with presses and ancillary production machinery
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings (advantageous)
Strong understanding of production targets, quality control, and efficiency
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Experience in metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing
Continuous improvement / lean manufacturing exposure
