How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the role


    We are looking for a talented mid-weight production designer with strong digital + presentation skills to join our in-house creative team, in our Central London office working across the GLA brand portfolio.


    • The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
    • This is a hands-on digital design role focused on producing high-quality creative across multiple brands and channels. The role is fast-paced and production-driven, with a strong emphasis on consistency, attention to detail and efficient delivery.
    • You will work closely with the marketing team, social media manager and videographers to deliver campaign assets, social and paid media creatives, and brand materials for clinics, events and training.
    • While you will receive creative direction and support from the Creative Director, this role requires someone who can manage their own workload, interpret briefs confidently, and take ownership of day-to-day creative delivery.
    • A significant part of this role involves producing and adapting high volumes of creative across digital formats, so strong attention to detail, consistency and speed are essential.

    What you will do

    Digital and campaign design

    ·      Design creatives for google and Meta ad campaigns, including carousels, stories

    ·      Support the social media manager with with design of social media posts

    ·      Work with existing templates as well as develop new layouts

    ·      Produce digital assets for, landing pages and email campaigns

    ·      Adapt creative across different formats, sizes and brand variations quickly and accurately

    ·      Support the medical education teams across brands with presentation layouts in PowerPoint

    Photo editing and visual polish

    ·      Retouch and enhance photography for marketing, training and campaign use

    ·      Clean up, colour correct and optimise images to a professional standard

    ·      Prepare assets for web, ads and social platforms

    ·      Support the marketing and videography team with Live Webinars and Podcast setups

    Brand and visual consistency

    ·      Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all GLA brands and sub-brands

    ·      Support the rollout of new brand identities and campaign visuals

    ·      Ensure typography, colour and layout are used consistently and professionally

    Working with briefs and stakeholders

    ·      Receive and interpret creative briefs from the marketing team and campaign leads

    ·      Turn concepts into finished assets with minimal back-and-forth

    ·      Make revisions and refinements quickly in response to feedback

    Organisation and delivery

    ·      Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

    ·      Prioritise workload and deliver assets on time without constant oversight

    ·      Keep files, versions and assets well organised and backed up


    What we’re looking for

    Essential

    ·      Strong expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

    ·      Excellent photo editing and retouching skills

    ·      Solid understanding of layout, typography and digital design

    ·      Presentation design, layout design (PowerPoint, Education, Pitch decks, PPT)

    ·      Experience creating assets for social media and paid advertising, for Meta and Google.

    ·      Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction precisely

    ·      Strong attention to detail and organisation

    ·      Confident managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment

    ·      Take ownership of tasks and workflow

    Desirable (but not required)

    ·      Proficiency in Figma

    ·      Experience working with CMS platforms and email templates

    ·      Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)

    ·      Experience in print design, and large-scale prints

    ·      Experience with WordPress and making minor website updates.
