Role Description
We are seeking a Principal Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The Principal Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify opportunities, oversee campaigns, and drive customer engagement. This role also includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in Market Research and identifying business opportunities through data analysis
- Strategic expertise in Marketing Strategy development and implementation
- Experience or ability in Sales to support marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition
- Strong organisational and project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to marketing efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare or eye care industries is advantageous
