Due to continued growth and major key account wins, they're now looking for a Sales Administrator & Purchasing Coordinator to support a high-value account and play a key role in project delivery behind the scenes.

🧩 The Role
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you'll support both the Key Account Manager and Buying Team, ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
You'll be right at the heart of operations - coordinating suppliers, raising orders, managing quotes and keeping everything on track.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Send and manage supplier enquiries (RFQs) and collate quotations
Prepare and raise client quotations and costings
Review drawings/specs to take off materials and create schedules
Raise and manage purchase orders via internal systems
Analyse and negotiate supplier pricing to ensure best value
Build strong relationships with suppliers, site teams & project managers
Coordinate and manage project documentation & handover packs
Upload and manage project data using systems like Procore / CRM tools
Monitor timelines and flag delays or issues proactively
Support with invoice queries, payments and reconciliation
Assist with tenders, PQQ submissions and general commercial admin
Provide day-to-day support to the Key Account Manager
🎯 What We're Looking For
Experience in a sales admin, purchasing, buying or procurement role
Background in construction, fit-out, hospitality or similar sectors (ideal but not essential)
Strong skills in Excel, CRM systems and administration
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and numeracy
Confident communicator who can manage suppliers and internal stakeholders
Able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentBonus points if you've used systems like Procore or Construction Manager.
