Managing Consultant - Subsea & Cabling

The Opportunity

We’re looking to bring in an experienced recruiter to build out our Cables & Subsea vertical at RTL Group Ltd.

If you recruit across subsea cables, offshore installation, or marine projects, you’ll know how relationship-driven and technical this space is. The plan is simple: give someone the space to run it properly and scale it.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Running a contract desk focused on Cables & Subsea projects

* Working with subsea contractors, cable installation companies, vessel operators and offshore wind developers

* Recruiting across areas such as:

* Subsea Cable Installation

* Cable Engineering / Design

* Offshore Survey

* Project / Package roles within T&I scopes

* Building long-term client relationships across UK & European projects

* Growing your desk into a recognised specialist vertical

What We’re Looking For

* Recruitment experience (ideally contract)

* Background in Subsea, Offshore Wind, Marine, Engineering or similar

* Someone who understands the value of a tight, specialist network

* Proven biller or someone ready to step up

* Motivated by building something, not just maintaining a desk
