Business Manager - Marine & Offshore

The Opportunity

We’re looking to bring in an experienced Managing Consultant or Business Manager to help build out our Marine & Offshore team at RTL Group Ltd.

This isn’t a cold desk or a “start from scratch” role it’s an opportunity to take ownership of a specialist vertical and scale it properly.

If you already recruit within Marine, Offshore Wind, Subsea or similar markets, you’ll know how niche this space is. We’re set up to let you focus on that niche, not dilute it.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Running and developing a Marine / Offshore recruitment desk (contract focus)

* Working with vessel owners, subsea contractors, shipyards and offshore developers

* Building out your network across areas such as:

* Cables

* Offshore Survey

* HSE / Environmental

* Control Systems / Technical roles

* Managing the full recruitment process

* Scaling your desk into a high-performing vertical

What We’re Looking For

* Experience within recruitment (ideally contract)

* Background in Marine, Offshore, Renewables, Engineering or similar markets

* Someone who understands how to build and grow a specialist niche

* Strong billing track record or clear potential at Consultant level

* Driven, commercially aware, and looking for more ownership
