We are currently working on behalf of a well-established gastro pub in Cambridge to recruit an experienced Head Chef to lead its kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, popular site with a strong reputation and a focus on high-quality, fresh food. The business is looking for a Head Chef who can build on its success, drive standards, and continue to develop the offering.
Package
- Salary up to £50,000

The Role
- Full responsibility for leading the kitchen operation
- Driving standards, consistency, and overall food quality
- Developing menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce
- Managing GP, costs, and kitchen performance
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Head Chef with strong leadership skills
- Background in quality fresh food gastro pubs or similar environments
- Commercially aware with strong cost control experience
- A confident leader with a hands-on approach
- Passionate about delivering high standards
