Fulfillable is one of the UK's fastest-growing third-party logistics companies. We handle warehousing, fulfilment and distribution for 120+ e-commerce brands across three UK sites — and we do it with precision, technology and a team that genuinely cares about getting it right.
We've grown 104% year-on-year, built our own proprietary WMS, and partnered with robotics manufacturers to bring automation into our operations. We're not a traditional 3PL — we're a tech-first logistics business moving at serious pace, and we need a Head of Operations who can match it.
The Opportunity
This is one of the most important hires we will make. As Head of Operations, you will take day-to-day operational ownership across all three of our UK sites, freeing up the founders to focus on growth, strategy and new markets. You will be the person that keeps the machine running — and improving.
This role comes with a clear and genuine pathway to Company Director. As Fulfillable continues to scale internationally — with operations already launching in the US and Netherlands — the right person will grow into a board-level leadership position. We are looking for someone who is not just filling a role, but building a career at the heart of a high-growth business.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and coordinating operations across all three UK sites, ensuring performance, consistency and accountability across every shift
- Acting as the senior operational decision-maker on the ground — the go-to person for warehouse managers, team leaders and client-facing teams
- Owning KPIs across order accuracy, throughput, SLAs and staff performance — and driving the actions to hit them
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly, before they become client problems
- Building and refining processes, workflows and communication structures across warehousing, customer service and ops support
- Working closely with our WMS and technology stack to ensure operations are running efficiently and data is being used effectively
- Managing, motivating and developing site managers and team leaders to perform at their best
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards, company procedures and best practice across all sites
- Supporting the founders on strategic planning, new site launches and operational expansion as the business grows
- Playing a key role in our international expansion — including our US facility in Arlington, Texas and our Netherlands operation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior operations or multi-site management role in warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment
- A natural leader who commands respect, motivates teams and holds people to high standards without micromanaging
- Strong commercial awareness — you understand how operational decisions affect client relationships and business profitability
- Data-driven and process-minded — you build systems that scale, not just fixes that patch
- Hands-on when needed, strategic when required — equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in a board meeting
- Excellent communicator across all levels of the business — from operatives to founders to enterprise clients
- Experience with warehouse management systems; familiarity with Mintsoft or ShipHero is a strong advantage
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment where structure is still being built
