Role: Support Worker
Shift Pattern:
* 10-hour Night Shifts
* Day Calls (hours may vary)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to service users. The role involves assisting individuals with their daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care and support
* Assist with daily living activities including personal care
* Support service users with mobility and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times
Requirements:
* Female candidates only
* Preferably of British ethnicity
* Strong communication skills are essential
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
Hours:
* Night shifts (10 hours)
* Day calls with flexible hours
