We’re now looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our professional services team in Edinburgh (we would also consider Glasgow). This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in recruitment with the support of an established brand, expert training, and a clear progression pathway.
What you’ll be doing:
- Learning how to run a recruitment desk from day one.
- Building relationships with clients and candidates across accountancy, finance, and wider professional services.
- Sourcing and engaging top talent, helping them secure the right opportunities.
- Supporting experienced consultants on live roles while developing your own market knowledge.
- Attending meetings, networking events, and developing into a trusted recruitment partner.
What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate (any discipline) with the ambition to build a career in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with people at all levels.
- A relationship-builder who enjoys networking and making connections.
- Resilience, drive, and commercial awareness, with a genuine desire to succeed.
- Someone who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
