Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Change Lead to drive and deliver transformation initiatives across Finance Operations. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of change activity, ensuring all work meets governance, professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will bring strong change delivery expertise, champion continuous improvement, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Finance Operations transformation projects and workstreams.
- Oversee project planning, execution, tracking and reporting.
- Ensure all change activity adheres to governance, regulatory and professional standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider organisation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice.
- Produce clear, concise project documentation, including one‑page status reports.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Change Delivery Lead, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Finance Operations, including high‑volume payments, expenses, and core financial processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence communicating clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, prioritise effectively and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Skilled in producing clear, succinct project status reports.
