📌 Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing local procurement of materials and providing administrative support on site, ensuring proper documentation, supplier coordination, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
🛠️ Main Responsibilities
- Procure site materials, ensuring availability and on-time delivery
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers
- Manage invoices, delivery notes, and purchasing documentation
- Verify material deliveries with warehouse/site teams
- Perform administrative checks prior to invoice approval
- Support document management, reporting, and general site administration
- Assist with cost tracking and ensure compliance with internal procedures
