How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    🚀 Head of Sales | Premium Natural Protein Brand | BCorp

    📍 C London (hybrid 3-4 days) | 💰 £90-100k + bonus + equity


    Are you ready to lead the charge in one of the fastest-growing snacking categories in FMCG?


    I’m working exclusively with a high-growth premium natural protein brand that’s redefining the snacking space, tapping into the huge shift towards clean, functional, high-protein snacks. Already a serious category player and scaling fast, this is a business with serious momentum and ambition.


    This is a pivotal hire, sitting at the heart of the business and working directly with the founder. There is clear scope for this role to evolve into a Sales Director position as the business continues to scale.


    🎯 The Role

    • Own and deliver the UK sales strategy across all major grocery and wholesale channels

    • Lead and develop a team of NAMs and field sales, driving performance and growth

    • Take full ownership of key retailer relationships (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, etc.)

    • Drive JBPs, category strategy and P&L performance

    • Act as the commercial lead within the leadership team, shaping wider business strategy


    🔎 What they’re looking for

    • Proven FMCG sales leader (ideally within food, snacking or better-for-you categories)

    • Strong experience managing top 4 grocery accounts and retailer dynamics

    • Track record of scaling challenger or premium brands

    • Commercially sharp with full P&L ownership and JBP experience

    • A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up operator who thrives / or could thrive in a start-up environment

    • Strong people leader with energy, resilience and a collaborative mindset
