Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor – Embraer Line Maintenance
I’m currently recruiting for experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors to join a busy line maintenance operation in London, supporting a modern Embraer fleet in a high-frequency airport environment.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be leading day-to-day maintenance activity across scheduled and unscheduled work, defect rectification, and AOG recovery. You’ll be right in the mix with the team, not sat on the side-lines.
Fast-paced, high standards, and a proper operational environment where no two shifts are ever the same.
What I’m looking for
- UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 Licence
- Strong line maintenance background
- Previous supervisory experience in aviation maintenance
- Confident decision maker in operational pressure situations
- Good technical understanding across aircraft systems
- Current Embraer 190 type rating is desirable however type training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Airside pass eligibility
Total package
- Up to £92,000 total earnings in year 1 (including shift allowance and bonus)
- £3,000 sign-on bonus
- E190 type course for licenced engineers without this already

UK sponsorship is available for experienced UK CAA Part 66 B1 engineers currently outside the UK who already hold an Embraer 190 type rating.
