The Role
As a New Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition. This is a pure new business role, focused on developing opportunities from scratch and building a strong pipeline through proactive outreach.
You will engage with key decision-makers, understand business challenges, and position appropriate IT solutions in a consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking)
Build, manage, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs
Work closely with technical teams to shape tailored proposals
Ensure CRM systems are kept accurate and up to date
About You
Background in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
Confident in cold outreach and outbound sales activity
Target-driven with a resilient and proactive mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organised with attention to detail
Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing organisation
