Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
Academics Ltd is recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in mainstream primary schools across Retford, Nottinghamshire.
This is a temporary, part-time, term-time only role with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND
Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
Support students' social and emotional development
Monitor and record student progress
What we're looking for:
Experience working with SEND pupils
Relevant NVQ or Cache Level 2 or 3 TA/SEND qualification (preferred)
A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commute across Retford
Have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate

£92.56 - £95.00 per day
