Company Overview – Air Conditioning Engineer
Our client, a supportive and growing business, are currently looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their highly valued team on a full-time permanent basis.

Air Conditioning Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive callouts and repairs (pressure tests, compressor changes, fault finding, troubleshooting) – approx. 60% of role
* Complete servicing of splits, VRV/VRF, chillers – approx. 30% of role
* Undertake installations – approx. 10% of role
* Attend and resolve reactive callouts in a professional and timely manner
* Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently
* Interpret schematics/technical drawings to support installation and repairs
* Keep accurate service and FGAS records
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
* Support junior engineers/apprentices where required
* Contribute to the 1-in-8 weekend callout rota
Air Conditioning Engineer Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in A/C service & maintenance (Essential)
* F-Gas certified & Level 2 A/C & Refrigeration qualified (Essential)
* Full UK driving licence (Essential)
* Strong problem-solving & fault-finding skills
* Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to high standards
