A busy, high-performing main dealer in Maidstone is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to its existing front-of-house team.
This is a fast-paced aftersales environment where customer experience, teamwork, and communication are at the centre of everything, backed by a proven bonus structure, strong manufacturer training, and clear progression through accreditation.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the service reception team with day-to-day customer activity
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers from booking through to vehicle collection
* Liaising with the workshop to ensure jobs progress smoothly and efficiently
* Providing clear, professional updates to customers throughout the service process
* Highlighting additional work opportunities where appropriate and customer-led
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or similar environment
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
* Ability to stay organised in a busy, team-based aftersales environment
* Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with customers
* A collaborative attitude and attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
* £30,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year)
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
* 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00am–12:30pm
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
