How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a expereinced account manager / sales manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships across the FM sector. This position would suit someone who has expereince in fire and smoke dampers or ventilation compliance.

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

    Bonus: 5% of the invoice (uncapped)

    Duties

    * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    * Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic analysis.

    * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

    * Utilise Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update account information, and generate sales reports.

    * Analyse market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies and improve account performance.

    * Lead negotiations and presentations with clients, demonstrating professionalism and persuasive communication.

    * Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff members.

    Qualifications

    * Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.

    * undertsnading of fire and smoke dampers and ventilation compliance.

    * Strong analysis skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.

    * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.

    * Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

    * Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
