The Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments
* Partner with hiring managers to define job briefs and hiring plans
* Source candidates using job boards (including CV-Library), LinkedIn, and direct sourcing techniques
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
* Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
* Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
* Proactive and results-driven approach
* Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools
