* Handling inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels
* Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
* Managing complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues
