We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant (Purchase Ledger) to join a busy and supportive finance team based near London Bridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career within a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and loading supplier invoices onto the accounting system
* Circulating invoices internally for approval
* Supporting monthly payment runs
* Updating and maintaining the cashbook
* Liaising with suppliers and resolving invoice queries
* Handling general finance-related enquiries
* Preparing commission statements
* Raising and loading sales invoices
* Supporting credit control and debt collection activities
* Assisting with sales statement processes
Requirements
* Previous Purchase Ledger experience essential
* Experience using Sage preferred
* AAT Level 3 or equivalent desirable
* Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams
* Organised with good time management skills
* Positive, proactive approach with a collaborative attitude
