How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Co-Ordinator – Advanced Excel | Hybrid Role

    Basildon / Laindon | Up to £27,300 | 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home
    Must Drive – Location Not Accessible by Public Transport

    Are you an Excel expert who thrives on precision, data and organisation? Do Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas and reporting come naturally to you? Looking for a role where your Excel skills are genuinely valued?

    We’re working with a well‑established automotive business to recruit an Order Fulfilment Co‑ordinator who will play a pivotal role in managing vehicle orders from production through to showroom delivery.

    The Role

    As Order Fulfilment Co‑ordinator, you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end order journey, ensuring every detail is tracked, updated and delivered on time. This is a data‑driven role where advanced Excel skills are essential to keep operations running smoothly.

    Key responsibilities include:

    * Managing orders from manufacturing start through to final delivery

    * Producing, maintaining and analysing Excel reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and advanced formulas

    * Ensuring all order data and documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date

    * Providing clear status updates to internal teams and dealerships

    * Coordinating order changes, transfers, delivery instructions and amendments

    * Liaising with logistics and delivery partners to meet deadlines

    * Supporting order entry and batch processing during peak periods

    * Escalating issues quickly and proactively finding solutions

    What We’re Looking For

    * Advanced Excel skills are essential – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas and data reporting

    * Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

    * Confident communicator with strong customer‑service skills

    * Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

    * Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

    * Driver required due to the location
