Key Requirements
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within Early Years in a primary school setting
A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting early learning
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
