Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with SEND in the classroom and through targeted interventions
Work closely with teachers and support staff to achieve individual learning plan targets
Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You
Essential: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Proven experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
