Your Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD and ADHD
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and remove barriers to learning
Support the creation of a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

Proven experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
