Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects within the residential sector.
·Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and solutions.
·Work closely with clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
·Provide technical expertise to junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
·Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
·Prepare reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
·A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
·Solid experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within the residential sector.
·Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems design.
