We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) school in Royston. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Role Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support to students with PMLD, assisting with learning activities and daily routines
Promote independence, engagement, and well-being for each student
Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored educational programs
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly PMLD, is highly desirable
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work full-time and commit to a consistent schedule
