Private Client Solicitor / Professional Support Lawyer
Salary: Up to £85,000

The Role
You will play a central part in shaping and enhancing the Private Client team’s technical capability. Working closely with partners and fee‑earners, you will:
- Provide authoritative guidance on complex private client matters
- Develop and refine internal knowledge systems, precedents, and best‑practice processes
- Support the team with high‑level technical insight, particularly in:
- International estates
- Succession planning for business owners
- Charity‑related private client issues
- Contribute to the strategic development of the department as it continues its national growth
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on depth, precision, and the intellectual side of private client work.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years PQE in Private Client law
- Demonstrable technical excellence and a strong track record of handling complex matters
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving innovation
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate legal complexity into practical solutions
- Experience gained within a respected regional or national firm
