Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London (Hybrid Working – 2–4 Days WFH)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Package
We’re working with an impressive and fast-growing Fit Out contractor based in London, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial office, retail, and hospitality sectors.

The Role
- Manage the commercial aspects of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
- Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and valuations
- Handle subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management
- Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
- Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients
- Support projects through to final account
- Report to Head of Commercial
About You
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit out or refurbishment
- Background across commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
- Must have Pre-Construction Experience
