Support Worker

Straight Forward Recruitment are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support adults with learning and physical disabilities to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.

Job Title: Supported Living Support Worker

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 plus enhanced rate for bank holidays
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / days, nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Provide 1-1 or group support

Willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, companionship and light household duties

Support individuals to access the community, including social activities and hobbies
Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills development
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns
About You

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a range of shifts
Previous experience in care or support work
