Primary Teacher – Northampton
Now Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and SEMH primary school in Northampton. This is a full-time, term-time only role with the opportunity to progress from a temporary to a permanent position.
We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging and high-quality lessons, and who is committed to supporting all pupils to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be confident across the primary age range and able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About the role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
