Your Role

As Used Truck Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across the Used Daimler Trucks portfolio, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic sales approaches with deep industry insight, ensuring our customers benefit from market‑leading used Mercedes‑Benz truck products backed by the company’saward‑winning standards of service. You will champion a proactive, customer‑first culture, foster strong partnerships across the network, and identify new opportunities to strengthen our position as a trusted, innovative partner in the commercial vehicle industry.
Day to day, you will be:
Managing the full used truck stock pipeline.
Results driven approach to sales.
Driving customer acquisition and nurturing long‑term relationships with the manufacturer and customers.
Ensuring high‑quality listings, imagery and marketing activity across all digital platforms.
Overseeing all deal structures, finance options and compliance requirements.
Working closely with workshop, aftersales and head office teams.
Monitoring daily performance, forecasting accurately and reporting key KPIs.
Ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional handover experience.
