Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join an established, independently run and owned sales centre, based around the outskirts of Fareham.
Our client is offering refreshingly family accommodating working hours, as well as an un-capped commission and earning potential.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote and sell quality used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options.
The Package:
£18,000 Basic – £50,000 - £70,000 OTE – Un-Capped
Monday to Friday – 8:15am – 5:30pm – Day off in the week if working the weekend.
Twice a month, you will have a three-day weekend – Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!
Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 4:00pm
