What You'll Do:
- Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics
- Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures
- Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPD
- Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics
- Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
- Support service development and guideline improvement
