The right candidate will help Waterside build its Business Analytic tools to transform its business reporting and build relationships with key stakeholders to make better informed decisions.
Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Reporting To: Finance Director
Purpose: To work closely with department heads across the business to help inform and drive commercial decision making. You will drive results by supporting the Commercial team, including Finance Director and CEO in looking at commercial opportunities across the business.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
· Assist the Finance Manager with the compilation of the monthly management accounts to the required deadline.
· Review monthly accruals with the Finance Manager.
· Provide monthly/Weekly reports to Heads of Departments.
· Join weekly commercial meets for different revenue streams and offer insight where needed.
· You’ll act as the financial voice in cross‑functional leadership meetings.
· Support in Capital Business cases
· Lead monthly financial performance reviews with the Leadership Teams.
· Work closely with the Finance Director in all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and 5YP plans.
· Build reports/dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI to create impactful reporting.
· Help shape key KPI’s and monitoring across the business.
· Help feed into complex models such as Pitch Economics and acquisition models.

Essential
· Skilled at analysing complex financial data and identifying key patterns.
· Adept at explaining financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

· Demonstrates professional leadership and influence.
· Excellent communicator with credibility among senior management.
· Strong collaborator across functions.
· Proficient in MS Excel and analytical tools.
· Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least (0–2 years PQE) with commercial finance experience.
Desirable
· SAP B1 experience is highly desirable.
· Experience working in the Holiday Park Industry
· Power BI experience.
