What you’ll be doing
- Writing and developing new P&C package business across Property and Casualty lines
- Building a strong pipeline through proactive broker engagement
- Quoting, negotiating and converting new opportunities
- Working closely with distribution, underwriting and wider teams to deliver results
- Providing a responsive, high-quality service to broker partners
- Maintaining strong underwriting discipline and accurate records
What we’re looking for
- Experience within Property & Casualty underwriting
- A genuine appetite for new business and trading
- Knowledge of the middle market space
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to make decisions
- Strong communication skills and a relationship-led approach
