⚙️The Role:
- Own a core transformation project, rearchitecting a flagship product with zero customer downtime
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and a product manager, driving a high-performing culture
- Stay hands-on in engineering while leading from the front
✅Java Technical Lead requirements:
- Strong coding skills in Java (Spring Boot or Micronaut) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfortable improving complex legacy systems
- Able to mentor engineers and foster a positive team culture
