Locum Pharmacist Required – GP Surgery

Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Slough
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Days: Monday - Friday
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join a busy GP surgery on a temporary basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- Medication reviews and patient consultations
- Supporting GPs with prescribing queries
- Managing repeat prescriptions
- Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines
Key Requirements:
- Registered GPHC Pharmacist with relevant qualifications
- Previous experience working within a GP surgery or primary care setting
- Proficient in using EMIS Health clinical system
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
