What’s the role all about?
You’ll be at the heart of innovation – taking ideas from concept to launch and making sure they land perfectly on shelves.
From bench samples to full-scale factory trials, you’ll own the journey
Lead NPD & EPD projects from brief → launch
Run factory trials and bring concepts to life
Work closely with chefs, ops, technical & commercial teams
Keep projects on track, on spec, and on time
Deliver products that are retailer-ready and consumer-loved
What we’re looking for:
You’re not just technical – you’re curious, creative, and commercially switched on
Food manufacturing experience (2+ years)
Good administration skills
Confident running trials in a fast-paced environment
Organised, proactive, and love spinning multiple plates
A real team player with energy and drive
Full UK driving licence required
Full right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available
Bonus points if you’ve worked in chilled/short shelf-life products
