A leading HR and payroll technology provider is looking for a Platform Product Manager to own and grow its integrated SaaS platform.
This is a chance to shape the platform roadmap, working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the platform roadmap defined by the Platform Product Manager, managing day-to-day development activities, and ensuring features are delivered on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise business value.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver platform features efficiently.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work alongside Product Managers to translate strategic goals into actionable development tasks.
- Test and validate new features and enhancements.
- Partner with engineers to enhance platform performance and usability.
- Run workshops and work within collaborative pods to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within SaaS or digital product environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experienced in managing product backlogs and sprint planning.
- Ability to write concise and effective user stories and product requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with engineering and product teams.
- Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS settings.
- Capability to manage multiple development priorities simultaneously.
