Key duties:
Providing 1:1 support during lessons and daily activities
Adapting tasks to meet pupils' needs
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Encouraging independence and building self-esteem
Promoting a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentThe ideal candidate:
Calm, patient, and reliable
Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with the ALNCO and the class teacher
A clear communicator and team player
Previous experience in education, care, or support work is beneficial but not essential
