Project Manager

One of my clients has a project coming up in the Norwich area, it is a highway/Civil Engineering scheme- comprising groundworks and structural elements, particularly reinforced concrete.

I am looking for a civil engineering Project Manager for a fairly imminent start. The main contractor is hoping to mobilise on site in 3-4 weeks so my client can take someone pretty much straight away so you can get organised before then.

This is a full time opportunity and m client has plenty of work going forward to keep you busy.

Salary wise we are looking at £70-80 k p/a depending on experience and qualifications. There is room for negotiation to get the right candidate on board.

A daily rate would also be considered and this could be PAYE or CIS (Limited company).

The ideal candidate will have:

Degree level qualifications or equivalent in construction/Civil Engineering.

CSCS – Gold, Black or White

TWC (Temporary works coordinator) or TWS (Temporary works supervisor)

SMSTS

First Aid

My client is a sub contractor specialising in concrete structures and associated works so experience with a similar specialist is very useful in this role.

This is a hands-on project management opportunity where you will have a direct impact on the success of the project.
